You have 3 switches and 3 bulbs to it
now the 3 bulbs are not visible outside the room
switches are outside the room
you are allowed to enter only once in a room

  2. take a red, blue & green colored transparent plastic cover with you when u enter the room..
cover 1st blub with red... 2nd with blue.. 3rd with green...
    exit room...
use 3 switches to see the color of light in room when a particular switch is pressed..
P.S. bulbs are not visible from the place outside room. Here we just need to see the color of light..so no need to see the bulbs.. seeing ne part of room wud do...

@Khushraj: may b a lame answer...wrote what came to me at first thought...:P

  3. we are not allowed to do that as the room is closed and you can only open when you want to enter

  5. a nice answer but we are not provided with any tools to open the switch and to add resistance we must be equipped
    but still an innovative answer

  6. Press switch 1 and turn it off after sometime, then switch on no.2 and enter the room....

The bulb which is glowing is for switch no.2 ...
Now, touch the remaining two bulbs.. out of them, the one which is hot is for switch no.1 and the one which is at room temp. is for switch no.3
